Silverfish has been a big problem at all time but the building management done nothing about it. Everyday when we get back there will be at least 10 or more around the house. It is a nightmare!
It used to be very clean. Now nobody cleans. The manager is kind and always fast to help. But they should hire a cleaning service. My neighbors make a strong odor stinky food... that comes to my place and me and my kids... get nausea. But I can't move out now with those ... I like my neighbors (besides this one that makes a strong stinky food at 5am in the morning and night). I clean the elevators when I get visitors. Embarrassing...
The building was initially well managed, then was sold to some other corporate overlord. The utility company that every resident is forced to use bills arbitrarily and without any documentation. The residents are generally quite loud (one on the top floor famously urinated off their balcony), dogs aren’t trained properly, the elevators are slower than taking stairs. The units are absurdly small for obscenely high prices. The portal residents are forced to use to submit service issues is not user friendly and honestly painful... read more
We have been looking for a 3bdrm rental for my family and I, which can be so stressful. Hiroko and Tyler were quick to respond and we're really great to deal with. Tyler, the building manager, was especially fantastic. He stayed late to show us the unit, had so much knowledge and enthusiasm which took away some of the stress of home searching for us. We really appreciate it, and I just wanted to share how lucky the management company is to have found someone like him to take care of the building and its residents!
Exceptional team! Tyler, the new manager is so encouraging and genuine. When we went to see the units, he was so willing to stay pass his work time just to show us around. As well as Hiroko, the leasing agent. She is so helpful, she always try to be available for everyone! I am so grateful for everyone in the team! :).
