We have moved from PA. We love our new home at Hawthorne at Summerville. The management here has been wonderful. They have made us so welcome!!!! Would definitely say that if you are looking for a new place check them out. Management & Maintenance have been A+ service.

The location is perfect—close to everything I need, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The amenities are top-notch. I especially enjoy the saltwater pool, cyber café, gym, and yoga studio, which are always clean and well-maintained. Pro's: nice pool, apt finishes are very good, maintenance supv is top notch. It is along 17a so thats a plus. Nice clubhouse and workout area Cons: The proximity to dorchester rd area, traffic noise is considerable. Landscape maintenance is horrible.
