Run away do not move here!!! We were very unhappy here. Dead mice on our second floor patio, no parking, had to park 75 feet from our building on a regular basis. Moved out a month ago and received a move out statement that we owed them $1,100 for having to replace perfectly good carpet due to “pet odor” there were no pet stains or odor whatsoever. Already sent bill to collections before we had a chance to dispute the charges. Units are very overpriced. Staff is very nice until you sign your lease then very rude. The only go... read more

Yes, these apartments are beautiful, updated amenities that can be considered "luxury" when compared to most places. Location is even great. BUT it is nearly impossible to go about your day when you can't even walk without the neighbors banging on the floor. For a newer complex you'd expect it to be different then the older apartments. But in my opinion it is worse. I feel noise from multiple apartments must be heard because we don't play loud music but recieved a complaint. I don't even think we were home. RecommendedI recently moved to Hawthorne at Horse Pen Creek. I love the neighborhood, the community is clean and the folks in the leasing office are extremely friendly and helpful. My one major complaint is I can hear EVERY bump, thump and jump from my upstairs neighbors. Had I known the structure/walls were this thin, I may have reconsidered moving here. I do love the community and have many positives to say about the development and the staff, but the thin walls are going to drive me crazy!
Great apartment complex! The folks who work in the office are amazing. Always helpful and kind. I appreciate them so much! The complex is well kept. My sister stayed in the family apartment that is available to renters. It was unbelievable. Such a great idea to have that amenity!
