I’ve been here since the beginning of August. I’ve had maintenance come by probably every week due to appliances not working.. Idk if they even checked if the appliances worked before moving.. I didn’t get to do a walk through before in the actual apartment I moved into. So far not pleased held off on submitting this review cause I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Now my fridge has stopped working hope I can get reimburse for all the groceries I’m losing.
I personally will not be renewing my lease here. While the staff themselves have been fine, the overall experience just isn’t worth it. The rent is way too high for how small the apartments are, and they tack on hidden fees for things like valet trash that most people don’t even want. On top of that, they fine you if you don’t bring the bin back inside — which makes no sense and was never made clear when I first moved in. Wow reading these comments makes me feel so much better i moved out. I lived here 4yrs and I am happy that I left before a new mgmt took over. When I moved here it was after Harvey the place was barely starting, it was peaceful when I lived there. No crime. But the pool wasn't always clean. Sad to see how bad it's gotten, poor MGMT makes a property go downhill and it sucks for the tenants.

Just moved in and staff and maintenance is great super professional, if any problems occur they are super fast to respond and resolve the issue. The pool and gym is super clean never a mess.
