Wow reading these comments makes me feel so much better i moved out. I lived here 4yrs and I am happy that I left before a new mgmt took over. When I moved here it was after Harvey the place was barely starting, it was peaceful when I lived there. No crime. But the pool wasn't always clean. Sad to see how bad it's gotten, poor MGMT makes a property go downhill and it sucks for the tenants.

Just moved in and staff and maintenance is great super professional, if any problems occur they are super fast to respond and resolve the issue. The pool and gym is super clean never a mess.
Can I get a WORKING phone number for after hours maintenance for the Hawthorne at Crenshaw? Moved in yesterday, my fridge is out, brutal sulphur smell coming from all faucets, crimped dryer vent, no ice tray…. Called number for after hours maintenance and get a msg that this property is no longer supported by Call Back provider. Not to mention the office didn’t open till 9:45 Friday morning… not getting a good feeling about this place. - Called other local Hawthorne properties and found 2 out of three with working system….
