Love the location, the size of my floor plan, manager was very friendly. Will be renewing when my lease is up!
The office staff scheduled my tour the same day and time they scheduled someone else's tour. I was working when someone called from the office and we lost connection. The follow up email was very much rude giving the fact that they made mistakes with scheduling. They are pushy and rude! "Try calling letting her know we have to tours scheduled at the same time and she hang up the phone when confirming her appointment. Our rental tour appointment has been canceled. This place straight up SUCKS!!!! Office staff SUCKS! GYM everything is broken! Pool DIRTY! property reeks of dog poop that’s everywhere and dumpsters that constantly overflow from people not putting the bags inside the dumpster. BEEN HERE 3 YEARS AND IM MORE THAN GLAD TO BE LEAVING BUT FOR FUTURE RENTERS DONT GET SUCKERED IN THEY ARE Trash.
***Please understand that this apartment complex has everything you should look to avoid when shopping for a new home: a staff who doesn’t care about residents, hidden fees, strobing street lamps, car theft, broken amenities, dog poop everywhere, and roach infestations.
