I have been trying to tour these apartments for a while now but every time I call or stop by to visit, no one is available.. Doesn't seem like good management

Please no. I had to leave because of so many issues. The apartment itself is noise but don't be fooled. Everything creaks, I can hear everything from above and below. Bad foundation which is probably caused by water damage. Elevators shuts off at random times. I'm honestly happy that I left this place. Great price but nt worth the headache.
Please avoid this place at all costs. I recently moved out, and I’m so glad I did. I had no idea when I first moved in that I would face so many issues. From the outside, it looks like a great find in the heart of Glendale, but once you sign the lease, say goodbye to hospitality and attentiveness. The building manager, Sil’verr, is horrible and never available. The apartment constantly has problems, such as water or elevator issues.
