Please avoid this place at all costs. I recently moved out, and I’m so glad I did. I had no idea when I first moved in that I would face so many issues. From the outside, it looks like a great find in the heart of Glendale, but once you sign the lease, say goodbye to hospitality and attentiveness. If I could have zero stars I would. Horrible place to live. When I first moved in the manager Sam was amazing, but then she was replaced by a woman with an awful attitude. Horrible horrible management who CLEARLY don’t care about their residents. There was hardly any communication or transparency from them. I’ve lived here for 3 years now. Every time I have an emergency it is not handled quickly. I have been out of hot water. Tomorrow will be 4 full days with no hot water. The building manager has not gotten back to me. I have emailed, called, filled out a work order. Not having hot water is an emergency. I even called the company who manages this building along with others. I spoke to someone on the phone. She said that I would be getting a call later today and nobody ever called me. I just moved out of these apartments after 6.5 years. I really loved it there. The building is quiet, is on a great street, and in a great location (only one block from the Galleria, and two from the Americana!). The unit itself (third floor) had high ceilings, was well lit, and well kept up. It doesn't have amenities like a pool or a gym, but rent was a fair price for a large unit in a great area.
