Dr. Diane Thomas is excellent with all my pets. She is very professional, pleasant, and helpful as well. She does not try to SELL any products or treatment and is easy to communicate with and very informative. Its TOO BAD she works in same place as a doctor (male) who is the exact opposite and is very bad for business. I make sure to see Dr. Diane Thomas. If shes not available i go somewhere else for emergency.
best vet / clinic on north shore Friendly, caring, professional... a vet hosp. with a feeling of an extended family for our dogs. Our pets always receive the "platinum" service... pets are always the priority. A customer for more than 20 years.
Amazing care! When we brought home our new Siberian Husky (from a woman who placed the 5-year old dog on Craigslist) we had no idea what we were in for with him. About a month after we got him (I know, I should have taken him to the vet immediately--just to check him out) he started having problems getting up. He would whimper whenever he would stand. True Champions I have been taking my labs (a total of 4 throughout the years) to Hawthorne Animal Healthcare since I moved to Salem in 1987. Dr. Freedman and his staff have shown nothing but professionalism, compassion and a great love of all animals. One of our labs was diagnosed with oral cancer at age 11. MY HERO You always hear of tragic accidents, never thinking anything would happen to your pet- unfortunately something did happen to mine. When i found my cat pumpkin on my deck i knew something was terribly wrong. I immediately brought him to Hawthorne Animal Hospital. The care he got there was amazing. Everyone was so kind and supportive.
