The hallways and room floor had small trash like they had not been vacuumed or at least not well. The shower had hair stuck to the walls. Housekeeping came into the room and replaced the towels, but did not make the bed. They did rearrange the comforter in a effort to make it look “better” but it looked like they had just sort of tossed it on the bed. The elevators did not work. They said they had been out of service at least a week when asked. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the A/C cooled the room off well.

Belinda made our stay here great. Right from check-in she was very accommodating to us. The rooms are set up exactly as shown in the online pictures. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting town.
Arrived at the hotel to find out the elevators did not work. I get sometimes things break but the girl said they haven’t worked in two months. Would have been nice to know when booking! No toilet paper in the room so that meant another trek up and down 3 flights of stairs because when we asked for it to be brought up they said they couldn’t do that. Rooms were very hot!
