RecommendedVery spacious and nice comfortable for family.
We were a party of 6 with all rooms, four of the rooms had bed bugs when we asked to be sent to other hotels they said we don’t that. We will give a refund have a good day.
Save your money and go somewhere else. Rude, un knowledgeable people here. Had some issues and called to complain, told me BS lies. Went to speak to a manager, they didn't have one. The accounting lady came out, very nice, voiced my concerns, later that night when I went to sleep, my phone rang every 30-45 minutes, but never anyone there. Coincidence? I think not. Not the first issue I have had at this hotel. Find another!!!
Woke up with roaches crawling all over us! Not to mention mold all over the inside of the fridge! So disgusted
Filthy-staying here tonight. Stench. Disgusting. Mold filled tile grout bathroom floor. Carpet is filthy with disgusting dirt and spots everywhere. Would never stay here ever by choice. Only here because flight was cancelled and couldn’t find another room. Never again.
I stayed here traveling with my disabled father. The staff here is Amazing!! Will (the shuttle guy) is funny and very helpful. Angie, Jimmy and Melissa at the front desk are very welcoming and informative. Excellent Customer Service. The room is great! We loved the accessible bathroom. It was so easy for Dad to take a shower. The even had a lift on the Jaccuzzi so Dad was able to get in. He is 79 with cerebral palsey and this was only the second time he had been in one.
