Right off of the main downtown strip. Very quiet room. Very clean.
We love the Beautiful and Historic Hawthorn in Rome Ga.
This place and its history are beautiful. Some of the rooms have little balconies. The rooms are very clean. I guess if I had one complaint, it would be the laundry area. There is only one and only one machine. And for some it's on the other side of the building. A little inconvenient. But everything else is awesome.
I attempted to book an event at this facility, and it was the worst service I have ever received from event/sales staff. They appeared completely uninterested in my business and would not return any of my calls or emails. I asked for the link to book my event weeks ago and they have not provided me with any information. I have felt absolutely ghosted by this team and venue. Please book any other location in Rome before working with Jordan Lane or Kelsey Robinson. It is not Worth the time, money, or effort.
