What a gem of a hotel we have found in Pflugerville! The Hawthorn Suites Extended stay has a beautiful modern lobby/breakfast area with very friendly staff at the desk, custodians and kitchen. The suites are large with a small kitchen and the hotel rooms have ample space as well. The decor is bright and everything is clean and fresh. We have and will stay here every few months to visit our grandchildren who live nearby. I highly recommend this Hotel so you do not have to fight the traffic in Austin!!
Awesome place! Staff is always super welcoming and friendly. Clean room and great prices too !! 10/10 Always eager to return to this beautiful property!
The rooms are very clean and secure very nice environment. I would give five stars but the guy who checked us in was not professional at all very negative smart a—. I understand customers service is hard to do but sometimes you have to push through but other than that great experience
Everything was great. Room was clean! We will be staying here again!
That Guy remir is excellent so helpful and full of energy made my stay feel like I was back at home he's the pinnacle of southern hospitality
