Location is rough, rooms are clean and spacious. Employees are friendly and breakfast has local fare also. Two coin washers and 3 Dryers $2 a peace as of 06/26.
Amazing hotel! The reviews about the location are somewhat true, but exaggerated. The security team did an excellent job maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. They were professional and proactive in preventing disruptive individuals from causing problems. The inside of the hotel was a 10/10, I was shocked opening the door to a hotel room with a high ceiling, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher, burners, microwave, and provided tableware!), and a beautiful bathroom. Nice and quiet
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. We booked ahead of time (over 24 hours) and then once we arrived, we were told that even though we had a reservation and had confirmation of it, that they actually didn’t have any rooms available. When we asked why they didn’t call to tell us this before hand, we were given a shrug and “I’m not sure.” Nothing was ever done to help us nor any apologies for their hindsight.
