Please hire new people an definitely let Darla at the front desk go she is absolutely rude as heck takes no accountability an only cares for herself when this is a business and she is definitely not made to work at all very very unsatisfied guest
They don't tell you until you get to the hotel that you have to pay an additional $50 for a deposit for you being there they immediately take the money right then and there but it takes 3 to 5 business days for you to get them back.
The hotel and the staff were great. Location right off the I-40 but later in the evening noticed a lot of people “hanging out” in the general vicinity.
