Impressed. Great room, amenities, and breakfast!
Mark at the front desk was fantastic! We had a wonderful experience here during our staycation in Naples. The pool was great, and the jacuzzis were incredibly hot and powerful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return for another staycation. Mark was incredibly helpful in managing a situation where our neighbors were causing issues. He was more than happy to assist us and even gave us another room that was bigger and located on the other side of the property, so our problems would be resolved. A... read more
We stayed here for one night and it was very nice. We arrived at 2 in the morning and Seth was at the front desk already ready to check us in. Seth made the process so easy, he had our keys ready. Honestly we are so grateful that we got such a nice experience with him, as we were really tired and he understood that.
Seth was amazing, helped us and communicated things well with us. Have stayed at this hotel a few times and this was by far my best experience with staff.
