Staff was extremely kind and courteous. Housekeeping accidently entered our room as we were inside resting and she apologized over and over and asked if there was anything she could get for us. Everyone was so kind, super clean and up to date look. Absolutely will recommend to others and will stay here again.
This place started off a little rocky. Loved the room. It was the suite with a seperate bedroom. 345. Sane room second floor sucks. 245, avoid that one. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. Only bad thing is it is so far away. Thanks guys! The young lady who works the desk with long dark hair, if you're bot already, you should be leading your staff. You are a leader and an excellent example of how to treat your guests. Thank you!
Absolutely loved my stay here. It was a last minute decision to take a trip and Hailey was extremely kind and accommodating when helping book the stay and throughout our visit.
We could not have asked for a better stay! Staff is super friendly and hospitable. We had absolutely no issues. We stayed in the fourth floor in a double queen suite. The beds, pillows, carpet, restrooms, bathtub, sheets, pool, hot tub and elevators were all in clean and great condition. The hot tub was an awesome feature we enjoyed after a long day. Hot breakfast was great to enjoy outdoors in the perfect 70 degree weather. We were checked in by a gentlemen named Jose and was greeted in a way that we felt like we were home.... read more
Clean, safe and reasonably priced. Rooms were large and comfortable.
