I flew into Las Vegas to surprise my son for his 50th birthday and booked a 3 night stay at this property. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Hayden, who told me that I was upgraded! Always a nice perk! He asked me if I had any questions about the room. Whenever I needed anything in the evening, Hayden was there and always friendly.
