There are fleas and roach like this hotel was built to house them!! My son has bite marks on his legs and the manager was told about it and he has failed to do anything about it!! This is by far the worst hotel I had stayed in. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless they like flea bite and to live with roaches.
Friendly staff, large spacious rooms, very comfortable beds!
The shower had black mold everywhere. We had a late night check in went to bed. The next morning went to take a shower and saw the shower. We reported it and also try to show the manger the photos. She refused to look and said she will go see for her self. I said no problem let's go and look. She then refused again . We ask for a refund. And she said because we went through booking.com we had to contact them which we did , but now we have to wait for there shitty hotel to respond for a refund. The hotel smells damp as soon as you walk through the sliding doors, and apparently, the staff is responsible for other hotels in the immediate vicinity, so we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be checked in. The pool was the only bright spot, nothing special, but it was something.
