Staff was very nice
I wish I could give negative star. We were in town for vacations and stayed here. It was like a very old apartment complex instead of a hotel and some people live here permanently. The people upstairs were running for hours in midnight from 12 -3 am and we could sleep at all for 2 nights. We used to be very tired from all day to Mr Rainier and would go to room just for sleep but couldn’t sleep. Complained about this to front desk many times but they didn’t do anything.
