The staff is kind and efficient. The location, while so close to the chaos of 183, feels tucked away, calm, and quiet. I stayed here with my daughter and we felt safe. As others have stated, the interior is a bit dated but I honestly have no complaints. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything that we needed. I especially appreciate the kitchenette's full fridge, silverware and dishes, and paper towels. Also the soaps and lotion in the bathroom smell nice. I stayed here with two others for a conference nearby. For business travel, it met all our needs. The room was a little dated, but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our room was large with a full fridge, small cooktop, and microwave. The only staff with whom I interacted was the man at the front desk, but he was great. Check-in was friendly, quick, and efficient, and when we asked for sheets for the pullout couch he got them for us right away. Check-out was digital and easy. I would stay here again.
The staff work at this spot is the best! My parents are stuck in Dallas due to the winter storm and they don’t speak English. The manager Sunil so patiently helped us and attended to all of our needs. It helped me tremendously they could get a hotel room and not stuck at the airport all night. They also helped us printed out documents needed for the travel. Thanks so much for your help

Absolutely trash. Housekeeping tries to enter even though you leave the hangar on the outside.Door. Soglad I was still dressed. Tell me why you can't take.You'll play the breakfast back to your room and eat it in privacy and comfort. My family offers cereal waffles. You make yourself and coffee.
