As flight crew we use several hotels in the DFW area. All the hotels work w the crew when we get extended and have to stay a few hours longer. Not this one! No flexibility which is extremely disappointing. This forced me to leave hours before my flight in the early afternoon 1 pm. So not much of an ask? After hanging up w the front desk I went downstairs for the breakfast. Another disappointment. Very few proper choices so I decided to just have a bagel. Well.. no butter, no cream cheese.. nadda. It’s a hotel. Simple. Was here for a decent amount of time. Staff was great. Rooms are dated. Location it’s next to things needed for life so that’s great.
Very basic and outdated. No real breakfast. Probably better options for the price. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service to DFW provided.
They don't let you bring breakfast to your room! I don't understand this especially since we have a kitchenette
