STAY AWAY-Thieves--Stayed 3 nights -never stay at this chain -provided a heavily smoked room when non-smoking requested-when advised they were booked-second morn. frt.desk clerk smiled nothing done until I arrived 3rd day to find all my stuff was moved without notice-oper.mgr.agreed room was filthy of smoke-worse when they moved my room come to find out that person also helped themselves to some of my clothes-guess they needed them more- 20yr.traveler never stay with this chain again !!
STAY AWAY!!! Wouldn't Stay Again For Free!!! – Candlewood suites is a cheap step up from a highway motel. The staff barely speak english, and are thieves. They stole valuable items from our room and the hotel denies any liability. They allow pets, without suitable accomodations for them, and at least every other night there were dog feces somewhere on the hallway floors stinking up the place. Great customer service and great facilities! – I had the chance to LIVE there in 2004 for 6 months and they exceeded my expectations (even after people trying to convince me to change to a near hotel)... The facilities were great, the customer service was five stars, they even had a Wednesday Grill in the summer. One of my best experiences in a hotel in the U.S.
