Bed bugs, blood on the floors and beds, broken window in the room. Smells like dead body and blood. Blood in the tub. We had to leave and throw away our clothes.

Well from the very moment I walked and Ms. Lily at the front greeted with the biggest and most brightest smile. Very welcoming. Next after some friend banter check in was a breeze . After getting keys and getting to the room we found there was no pullout couch as mentioned with my booking. After bring this Ms Lily's attention with a moments hesitation she not only offer an up grade free of charge but she also upgraded me to a penthouse suite. DO NOT... REPEAT,, DO NOT stay at The Hawthorn... They have roaches,,, rats,,, and mice in the rooms... It's best to go to Extended Stay on Jefferson Blvd...
