We stayed here at the tail end of a family trip traveling in South and North Dakota. The Assistant General Manager, Matthew, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though we had forgotten to book a shuttle service for an early morning flight to the airport, he not only added us to the list but personally came back to drive us in the morning, even though I saw him working a very late shift the night before.
