We weren't told no room service, we were told it is serviced on third night but on request. Ask on second night to have it room service done on next day...still not done. We took our trash out made our bed and cleaned it ourselves. Breakfast was not up to par ..cold Suasage..bed lumpy.
Did not have what was advertised on the breakfast "buffet " the food they did have was cold and nasty.
AC noise level is high, had to use ear plugs. Rooms has a musty smell. Pillow cases were not washed. You ca not close the curtain to block light, had to use sleeping mask.
Great place but housekeeping did not refill the coffee, cups and toilet paper. Breakfast was good and different every morning. Spa was broken but the pool was great.
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious, breakfast has one hot item along with others and the pool is a good place to cool down on a hot day. It's quiet and there is nothing negative I can say except that the elevator was out of order during our stay.
