I really don’t know where to begin. So I will start here, upon checking in I was notified I need to pay for the first night, I did it no no problem. When we arrived at the hotel we didn’t realize we booked the wrong Hawthorne So we ask the front desk ladies and one was nice the other lady not so nice so she said I could paid for one night which I did and while I was standing there the other lady went ahead and charged me for the entire stay while we was discussing to move hotels then she lied and said it’s an authorization h... read more
Great place to stay, after a last minute change. They accommodated us quickly. Loved the person at the front desk. Very welcoming staff.
The review would’ve been much better except that they wouldn’t extend my check out 30 minutes passed checkout. I am a physician and Worked 24 hours the evening before so I only came back to the room to shower. I’ve never had a hotel chain say no.
