UPDATE: I ended up changing my overall rating to 1 star after dealing directly with the hotel manager. We originally booked three nights but only stayed one and checked out the next day. When I called to ask about a refund, they said we checked out too late to get refunded for two nights but would refund one (understandably). During that call, the manager was pretty rude. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I also wouldn’t want other travelers to be misled into thinking this is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, our room was in very poor condition overall. Many areas were filthy, including the balcony curtains, the kitchen cabinets and walls, which were covered in food residue, and the microwave, which was both dirty and rusted.
