The only reason I give it a two is because of the night desk clerk Shannon. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. However the man on the day shift was the worst I've ever had. We have stayed at this every year for four years. To attend the Atlanta Spartan race. This trip was so bad started with them not have the room I had booked. He was unwilling to fix the problem. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ‼️ I had booked my stay for one night for this weekend , as I readthe reviews it seemed like it wasn’t a good place to stay so I was going to cancel my booking but they said it was non refundable , so I had to stay & it was the worst night, the room smelled so bad and the doors and walls and furniture were all stained & looked old , the balcony door didn’t lock at all , and to top it off when you arrive they ask for a $100 deposit ! Do not spend your money here !! Never again!!
10/10 for bad reception. I asked for drinking water bottle and she replied 'people usually bring their own water here' Look for other options which are many available in near the town, because this one is the worst choice i made
1st room. broken sink handle like OFF .mold in the Ac , handle to balcony broken, curtain falling off. Refrigerator too dirty to even safely store food .on top of that the sofa bed had no mattress. the hall to get to the room smelled like pee and garbage ..went to a 2nd room this time pee on the sheets of the sofa bed . blood on the fitted sheets in room ..water can only get hot . if BARELY turning the handle .FOOD in the ac.no lights in the main bedroom ..water stains on the ceiling ..blood on the curtains ... at this point... read more
