I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I also wouldn’t want other travelers to be misled into thinking this is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, our room was in very poor condition overall. Many areas were filthy, including the balcony curtains, the kitchen cabinets and walls, which were covered in food residue, and the microwave, which was both dirty and rusted. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room felt completely unsafe due to a large gap under the door where you could clearly see inside. The second room had almost no working lights. By the third room, I was exhausted and just wanted to shower and rest—but the water never got warm, even after 15 minutes. The only reason I give it a two is because of the night desk clerk Shannon. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. However the man on the day shift was the worst I've ever had. We have stayed at this every year for four years. To attend the Atlanta Spartan race. This trip was so bad started with them not have the room I had booked. He was unwilling to fix the problem.
