1st room. broken sink handle like OFF .mold in the Ac , handle to balcony broken, curtain falling off. Everything about my stay in this hotel was terrible. The room had maintenance issues that had not been addressed at all. Like the handle on the sink missing a screw and falling off when I went to turn it off. There was an extremely large amount of lady bugs in the room in booth windows. Stains on the curtains, the mattress and the floors/carpets. They have stoves and do not provide pots or pans. The elevator hasn't been inspected since last year. This the pool that they claim is open. The elevator hasn’t been inspected since last year. There is no hot breakfast. There is little to none hot water. The carpet is filthy and the second floor smells horrible. The manager himself stated that he wouldn’t stay in that type of environment, neither would he have his family stay there.
If I could give zero stars I would. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. We had a reservation for the weekend of October 4th. We arrived, the lobby was in decent shape, then proceeded to get in the elevator where I checked the certificate and it was expired as of 2024. The hallways were absolutely disgusting with stains up and down the walls, stuff smeared in the carpets and trash and crumbs everywhere not to mention the smell. For the location of this hotel it is so disappointing. I had family come up from FL to visit me here in Conyers. They said they chose this hotel and knowing the location thought it was an excellent choice. I was very wrong. All the pictures are misleading, the staff is rude and the hotel smells disgusting. They complained as their rooms had cockroaches, a broken microwave, and just an awful moldy smell in the room. They were told the next room would be better and apologized for the issues.
