Long term resident here. I've been here for almost 2 years, while no place is perfect, this place has gone downhill the past few months. There are known drug dealers now living on the property. Management has been informed about specific people but nothing has been done. I will be moving soon because the other day my son was offered drugs to buy, they know who the drug dealers are but refuse to do anything.
Currently coming up on a week here and we couldn't be happier the apartments look and feel nothing like a hotel its basically feeling like an apartment its spacious comfortable and very cozy everything is great the only thing i would like to see a little improvement on is the trash outside but not a big deal its the apartment that counts and for the price you cannot find anything else that offers this anywhere OH the GM and front staff are very accessible via email or just going to the front HIGHLY RECCOMENT
