Found a bag of chips from the previous customer, floor was dirty, a strong animal urine smell coming from the neighbor. Boric Acid on the floor to prevent roaches, and roach droppings in the corners in the bathroom. We had to buy a mop and multiple air freshener to mask the smell.
First, the rooms were nice, appeared to be very clean and liveable. The attendants were very nice. I do have a problem with several things ... Each time I spoke to someone, I got different responses, and the environment is not suitable for my children. I stopped by last night because someone in the hotel I was at last night was passing out flyers. The lady called and the guy who answered said they'll accommodate my party. We didn’t stay at this place, we were just next-door in the Hilton. But our hotel room overlooked this Value Suites, and all we can say is that it looks rundown, dangerous, and somewhere I would not stay in, especially bringing a family to! Police cars responding every evening, shady looking suspects hanging out in the streets just in front of this place, etc… not a business I would recommend.
