I lived in this apartment for a few years. I liked it. There was plenty of parking and the leasing office is 10/10. The only issue was they allow smoking in the units so I had someone in the building who smoked cigarettes all the time and it would seep into my apartment. But walls are thick and you cannot hear other people, and Maintenance is great too. It is a bit pricey for the apartment.
Jessica was the best to help us get everything rolling, and always answered all our questions!
Decent community but upstairs neighbors played disturbingly loud music 24/7 and management doesn't do anything even after multiple complaints. Not the best especially if you work from home and you're on the first floor be prepared to hear everything if you have loud upstairs neighbors.
It's been a great experience. It's a very well run community and everything needed is handled quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate how helpful the staff is when something is needed. We also appreciated the welcome home process.
