Decent community but upstairs neighbors played disturbingly loud music 24/7 and management doesn't do anything even after multiple complaints. Not the best especially if you work from home and you're on the first floor be prepared to hear everything if you have loud upstairs neighbors.
It's been a great experience. It's a very well run community and everything needed is handled quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate how helpful the staff is when something is needed. We also appreciated the welcome home process.
One of the leasing agents called me to come and see the apartments and when I got there he said they were closed and he didn't wanna answer the door but I seen him hiding I drove 11 miles to ss these apartments and he didn't even show them to me he asked me if I could come back tomorrow i told him know I just wasted my gas and time with this property this is unprofessional on their part and no I will not come back that was very rude if he told me to come he should have lease stayed late and showed the apartment. 100% living here!! Quickest and most responsive leasing staff. I called to set up an appointment and got in quickly and the whole experience was quick and easy to move in. They allow pets even the big dogs! Both updated modern apartments which is what we got and then also a classic which still looked nice. Plenty of storage with big closets and lots of bathroom storage. They allow smoking but other than that no issues or downsides. Plenty of parking i always get a close spot and a patio/balcony too.
