Since Brown took over the only thing that runs right is the portal . Staff is very nice but most disappointing experience I’ve had . No continuity

I’ve been a Hawthorne patient for my whole life - 25 years. I can honestly say the pediatricians there are some of the best. Everything else is the absolute worst. Was misdiagnosed for 1+ year at their walk-in and told by doctors what ended up being Lyme disease was anxiety or being given numerous antibiotics for ailments that resulted because of the Lyme. Since Brown university took over hawthorn nothing is good except my doctors.the blood test is super ripped off. Nextime I will ask my doctor if she can recommend me to a lab test not related to brown health. If not I will move to southcoast
