Total office incompetence. My daughter had a surgical follow up appt. But while the office put it in for the correct month and day, they entered 2027 for the year!!! No apologies when she showed up claiming it was the computer’s error; not theirs! She never saw her surgeon for her follow up appointment. Stay away from this medical facility.
I don't know what WORLD WE LIVE IN where a YOUNG WOMEN (>20) CALLS AND SPECIFICALLY REQUESTS A FEMALE GYNO FOR AN INTERNAL CHECK UP AND THEY GAVE HER A GUY DRESSED AS A WOMEN... My little sister has NEVERR BEEN SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN HER ENTIRE LIFE. She was so uncomfortable she didnt even know what to say or act because she didnt want to hurt anyone feelings. Sad to see how quickly this practice is going down. I have been trying to call endocrinology to reschedule appointment for my Dad for a week. Now we get endless music and no one picks up. This is unacceptable !! Right now at this moment I am on hold operator tells me no one is in the line but yet no one picks up. And again today now on hold for the past 20 minutes and still can’t get through. After trying for the past week !!! What is wrong with this ???
They seriously need to update their hours. They claim that urgent care is open 7-7 on weekdays which just isn't true. Check in starts at 8 am and the close sometime around 6pm! Seriously! Update your hours
