NP Danielle Boucher was the best , really cares about your medical needs and takes action to get it all figured out what ever your issues are, definitely recommend her ,
I must say I started with hawthorn about 15 years ago. I went through a few doctors but the one I’m with now is the best I have ever had here. Ilene Souza is so caring never in a rush through your visit . She has bend over backwards for me. You can tell she really cares as that is so important as a patient . I would highly recommend her to all that needs doctor who’s so caring and listen to all that we need as well❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I stay because I like my doctors, but administratively this practice has gotten worse since the Brown takeover. LONGER waits on the phone and LONGER waits to check in. They are extremely inefficient. They ask you to "pre-checkin" online, but even if you do, they still ask you the same exact questions (a very long list) during your appointment... so what is the point of pre-checkin. They also tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment... well I have an idea, make my appointment for the time you want me to come in. ... read more
