1. Staff members are nice and accommodating. 2. Bring your own towels because they are very dingy (something Ive noticed in most Az/Nevada hotels) 3. You would expect the laundry room to be somewhat clean. But it reeks of old dingy clothes. Suspect most people dont know to leave the washer door open and its not cleaned by staff. Not good ventilation also 4. Room service may come every other day. 5. The rooms are clean and bed medium soft 6. Bathroom are clean and simple. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our family was displaced after our home flooded, and we were placed in this hotel through our insurance. After 10 days—without a single warning, conversation, or complaint—we were abruptly kicked out. No explanation. No opportunity to fix whatever the supposed issue was. Nothing. They didn’t even have the decency to inform me—despite having all my contact info. Stayed on Dec 28th 2024 night. Air conditioner thermostat was not working and not connected at all. Reported to front desk, but no mechanic available to look at it immediately. Stayed only one night but without AC controlled. Did not have a comfortable sleep. They said they will have manager call me back, but no call received.
