If I could rate our check-in experience and room conditions '0 stars', I most certainly would. We reserved 2 rooms over a week ago (1 suite & 1 double queen room) for two nights. We took the elevator to locate our rooms on the 2nd floor only to end up walking through doors that led to a walkway with motel styled rooms (rooms that open to the outside, not inside with a hallway like a hotel). The staff sucked. Especially a lady at the front desk Named WILLOW. She's unprofessional and gives people's rooms away even if you have a reservation. She stated its first come first serve. We paid extra for rooms that had kitchens due to our family member graduating from the national guard and she gave the rooms away and couldn't accommodate. We stayed there in October 25th for the gamecock football game.. Maya Was outstanding personal service she changed our room to an inside area which we really enjoyed and she was so accommodating...thanks for your personal touch!!

During my stay, the hotel staff have been nothing but amazing to my family and I as I just moved here. Danyell, the manager is the sweetest. She’s patient and always helped me whenever I needed. The staff also checked on my kids, making sure we had fresh sheets and towels everyday. The energy here is welcoming. It’s also very close to everything that I needed. I would stay here again for sure🩷
