Lived here 18 yrs. HOA board is horrible, as has been property management. We just got a new property management company as of may 2025, so fingers crossed. The first 4 or 5 yrs was all single working professional people and zero kids. Now, there are tons of kids and the parents don't supervise them. Many foreign families with questionable standards. Nice place to live, free heat and cooking gas . Heated parking garage. The hot water gets hot very fast no need to run water to wait for it to heat up.
