Dr. Berg and the rest of the staff were amazing during my exam! For the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to my next visit to the dentist's office. They explained what they were doing at each point during the process and answered my all my questions. They also explained what insurance will be covering for my upcoming deep cleaning and what would have to be paid out-of-pocket, which is nice to know so there are no surprises. So disappointed with the communication and how this office is run. They sent a text message a few days before my daughter’s scheduled cleaning to cancel the appt due to lack of staffing. I went online to reschedule the appt they canceled, a day or so later I received another text message asking why I needed to bring her in. I give this office 5 stars! As someone who is severely afraid of going to the dentist, I am always made to feel comfortable and cared for. While the office has gone through some changes recently, they have still been very professional and accommodating. The front desk has done everything they can to make and keep appointments. Much of the issues they've had has been out of their control but they have put in so much care and effort to work FOR their patients. At my first appointment the hygienist offered an optional x-ray. She said it was covered by my insurance, which is the only reason I agreed to it. Afterwards I received a bill because my insurance did not cover it. I talked to the front desk staff multiple times, saying that I shouldn't have to pay for it since their hygienist told me it was covered.
