Nightmare Over Christmas Gift On December 19, 2008, I ordered a beautiful plant arrangement from the Internet site of this florist. I realized a few days after Christmas that the recipient did not comment on his gift. I knew that something was wrong because he never fails to send a "Thank You." I had some flowers sent for my mother's birthday this morning. Not only did they help me by making sure she received her flowers earlier in the day than originally scheduled, but they also went above and beyond on the flowers. They were incredible and honestly they were prettier in person than they were on the website. In the past when I've ordered from other places, the bouquet would be skimped on. This one was stuffed full of beautiful flowers. I am so very pleased with the service and quality!!!

WORST flower shop EVER! Worst floral company I have ever dealt with. The bouquet that my husband sent was wilted the very next day. When I called to ask for a replacement, they had the audacity to tell me to bring it back for a replacement. When I insisted they deliver a replacement, they were snotty. On top of that the arrangement they delivered was a totally different arrangement. I called and spoke to the manager who actually blamed me for the original bouquet being wilted and he was a complete jerk. Never have I had a fl... read more

Horrible customer service. Received flowers for my daughter and upon receiving the flowers, they were droopy and sad looking. Found out they were the wrong colors from what was ordered and they were missing the balloons. Took the flowers to Haws so they could see that the flowers were dying less than 24 hours upon reciept and the owner was hostile and rude. Had Haw floral do the flowers for my son and daughter in law's wedding. We were very happy with all of the flowers, they were just as we had wanted, beautiful and not skimpy! Would recommend to everyone!!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughters birthday from this florists web site and was more than pleased with what she recieved. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and they were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. The style and qualilty of the flowers was great. I would recomend this florist to anyone!
