Regina, SK) The House manager, Osama Jabbar is a very pleasant person. He listens well and send his friendly staff to help me all the time. Your personnel has been kind and very welcoming throughout our search process.
If I could give below 1 star I would, this place was horrendous. I had a cockroach the first week I was there and dealt with it myself after the maintenance guy used my things and my bathroom. I broke my lease due to a sewage backup that was not only dealt by me and my family but ignored up until i broke my lease where they then decided to try and fix it. Osama and Prashant and teams showed us two buildings and four apartments. We moved in early and found our place clean and ready for us. We (adult daughter) and I really appreciate that Osama listened to us and our wants and needs, and that he fulfilled them.
