Talked to Tim about getting multiple meters for my property that is just outside of the city limits. While I did not get the answer I was hoping for, he was honest and transparent. Took the time to explain everything in great detail. Polite, patient and very apologetic for the situation that they currently face.
Called to inquire about getting water established at my property, I was interrupted and cut off every time I attempted to speak. I guess this is normal behavior from a certain someone based on the reviews. What an absolutely delightful woman, she definitely loves her job.

I was gone to my daughter's wedding and was 12 days late on bill and I came home to the water being turned off. Now I have to wait until the morning. I have never been late. Apparently they don't care
