I live at Hawkwood Manor in Red Deer. I have lived there over 2 yrs now. When my lease came up to renew I worked with Terry Lynn. She is awsome to work with. She helped with questions and my lease.
Great service and management really steps up to make sure you & your family are set up. Super friendly neighbours & staff.
Teri is amazing. I was having so many problems finding a safe home for my children and I after leaving a very harmful marriage and she literally saved us by working with me instead of just saying no. Any and all maintenence requests have been timely and fixed quickly. Any concerns are taken seriously. I would recommend Terri and Avenue living to other people.
The maintenance team here are absolutely amazing Kevin and Lyle so nice fast and friendly
