Sam and Courtney in the office are terrific. They are courteous, friendly and outgoing. They returned calls promptly and always followed up with my questions and concerns. Extremely helpful. Dan and Justin in maintenance responded promptly to maintenance requests and always got the job done. They were friendly and dedicated. My neighbors were the best. Living at Hawks Ridge was a very positive experience. I highly recommend calling Hawks Ridge home. I have referred friends .
I've been there a year had some issues with some neighbors but thank God we have management to try to solve the situation unfortunately it didn't happen as close as I would have liked it to but it did happen once again thank you management for doing the job that you do I know it's not easy especially with some of these old people in here you know that's all people are like little children once again thank you Samantha and the crew for helping me solve my situation
Terrible customers service.
The apartment layouts are decent for the price, but you sure get your money’s worth. Have lived here for 5 years and the last year or so it has gotten to be almost unbearable. The office and maintenance staff goes out of their way to avoid calls, giving you lip service if you finally do get ahold of someone. Unattended kids running around the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Hearing screaming and arguing through open windows. Just moved here 2 weeks ago and I love it so far! In the area I’m in it’s peaceful I’ve never had noisy neighbors. The women in the main office have been helpful and kind when I’ve needed anything & my neighbors seem nice and respectful. I have no complaints, I really like it so far! Worth the money for sure.
