I have lived inHawk ridge for almost 2 years and There hasn't been a problem with the people who live hereand the police have stopped here twice looking for someone that had a warrant . aThats usually the ones that complain. As far as trying to reach someone you dont have a problem reaching them if you call when they are open.Its quiet,its pet friendly, and people are respectful.This complex is only about 10 years old. Ive lived in places that only reach you when they raise your rent. 5 and a half stars for you Ladies
I love hawkridge I miss this place so much ! First place I could call my home .office ladies are so friendly and very helpful not backstabbing like zuntree .and they are awesome with your kids unlike suntree .bullies .there's no bugs no spiders .everything works like it's supposed to .very friendly people .very peaceful. First place I could actually call my home. And be happy here .if I could ever move back when section 8 comes bsck .I will be bsck in a heartbeat
They were super helpful unit we actually applied and paid.... then we were ghosted and now are bumping us to voicemail or answering and hanging up. No website or any other way to contact any part of the company.
Sam and Courtney in the office are terrific. They are courteous, friendly and outgoing. They returned calls promptly and always followed up with my questions and concerns. Extremely helpful. Dan and Justin in maintenance responded promptly to maintenance requests and always got the job done. They were friendly and dedicated. My neighbors were the best. Living at Hawks Ridge was a very positive experience. I highly recommend calling Hawks Ridge home. I have referred friends .
