Dropped by to talk about apartment and to possibly tour. Even though we did not have an appointment and we are not looking to move for serval months, Carena was very friendly, helpful and informative. Hospitality with a smile. On our short list!! Thank you so much, Carina. :)
Great quiet place to live. People are friendly and management is easy to get in touch with. Would recommend to family and friends.
Not kid friendly! Here is just on of their notices to their valued residence: We would like to remind everyone that scooters, bicycles, skateboards, roller-skates electric toy cars, etc.. running/and or playing in the parking lot and landscaping is prohibited. Additionally our parking lot speed is 5mph. Completely inconsistent when it comes to enforcing policies. Immediately stick a notice on your windshield for backing in your car while 20+ other cars back in nearly every day notice-free. Tell you a specific kind of AC is prohibited while 20+ other units have it installed all summer long. Cite you for working on your car at your garage while others work on multiple cars every single day out of their garages. Figure out your policies and enforce them across the board or not at all.
I scheduled an appointment to tour the place today. I arrived 5 minutes early to see a sign that said they'd be back a half hour after the scheduled appointment. I understand people need to take a lunch, but I waited nearly an hour and still no one showed up. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat future residents, I hate to imagine how they treat their current ones.
