The property is very well maintained, maintenance is responsive, utilities are inexpensive, and the amenities are always ready to use. Cheaper than most apartments in Happy Valley. Price is well worth it. Carena was also very helpful and transparent during the move in process.
I’ve lived at Hawks Ridge Apartments for three years and have had a great experience. It’s a nice and quiet community with a peaceful atmosphere that really feels like home. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of room and comfort. The management team has always been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I needed anything.
