Great place to live! It’s tucked away up on the hill and the grounds and pool are always in great shape. The onsite staff and maintenance team are on top of everything and Taylor in the office is always easy to work with. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to rent in Beloit you check these apartments out.
I have lived at Hawks Ridge Apartments for the past four years, and I have had a great experience living here! The management is wonderful, and Taylor, the property manager, is always on top of things and quick to respond. The maintenance team is great as well. Whenever I have had an issue, it has always been taken care of quickly, usually within 12–24 hours or even sooner. Been here going on 3 years, management is easy to get along with and communicate with, maintenance is also very fast responding. Rules are fair and people are friendly. Definitely happy with my experience
Our family has recently moved into Hawk's Ridge. Our experience has been pleasant so far regarding different aspects of calling this place home. Application process - got called back quickly to tour a vacant unit similar to the one we would be moving into. On-time, great communication. I have lived at Hawks Ridge Apartments for over 5 years and I truly enjoy living here. My apartment gets the perfect sunsets and a great view of Beloit and the wildlife. In the beginning, management changed a lot, but as time has gone on, the current management team really truly listens to your concerns and follows through. Maintenance is awesome, especially Nate.
