This has been an excellent place to call home. The apartments are spacious and quiet, and you rarely hear your neighbors. I also appreciate that the community is pet-friendly and offers great amenities, including a pool and fitness area. It has been brought to my attention that my son, a responsible tenant and parent of toddlers residing in the second-floor apartment, has been served noise complaints due to the unavoidable noise generated by his young children. Notably, the residents have never had any police involvement. The building manager has nonetheless issued a notice stating the intention not to renew his lease, citing the noise complaints. Really nice high quality luxury apartments - can't yet speak on the maintenance delay issues that most reviews mention but definitely more soundproof than I was expecting based on the other negative reviews
I have been living at Hawks Ridge for about 6 months and I have had such a great experience. The staff is kind and always willing to help out on anything that I need. Being that this was my first time renting I felt very supported during the whole process! The apartment and amenities are nice and work great!
