I have lived at Hawks Ridge for three years. Staff have been kind, and responsive to any issues that have come up. Common areas are kept clean and well maintained. Nate and Taylor are wonderful to work with and I know I can reach out them with any needs.
I absolutely love living here! The grounds are very well kept and maintenance is extremely responsive! One day I noticed my fridge was no longer cold, so I submitted a maintenance request that morning. Expecting to not have a fridge for the rest of the week, I was worrying about what foods I could make to get me by. All of those worries were not necessary though, as I came home from work that same day to a brand new fridge installed! This went above and beyond my expectations in response time. The property is well-maintained, the manager, Taylor, is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The community is safe and quiet, and the amenities are kept clean and in good condition. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience!
