I have been living at Hawks Ridge for about 6 months and I have had such a great experience. The staff is kind and always willing to help out on anything that I need. Being that this was my first time renting I felt very supported during the whole process! The apartment and amenities are nice and work great!
We’ve been living at Hawk Ridge Apartments for almost five months, and it has truly been a great experience. Even when there are occasional inconveniences, the team addresses them quickly. The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, which we really appreciate. We also want to thank the property manager, Taylor, for reaching out about the apartment’s availability and walking us through the entire process, it made our move so much easier.
Please don't be misled by the very recent uptick in positive and definitely incentivized reviews. Hawks ridge could afford to pay for good reviews though, because they will make up absolute lies to keep all of your security deposit. They're currently in their new phase of upgrading their property's old flooring and taking it out of the pockets of the last tenant who lived in that unit even if the tenant caused no damage. I have been living at the hawk ridges for 2 years now. Our property manager, Taylor, is fantastic. You need something and she gets it done. The maintenance crew is quick and efficient. My hot water heater went out over the weekend. Monday morning I get a text they are taking care of it. Who does that? The Hawkridge crew, that's who. Highly recommend if you are looking for some place to live
