My family & I have been living here for the past 5 years. Needless to say, the property manager Chloe & the property staff has been amazing to us! Chloe has definitely fixed & polished up all the backend paperwork as well! We appreciated everyone’s hard work!
I rent a 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment that includes one indoor parking spot and a storage unit. It's spacious and quiet. You rarely hear your neighbors. They are also pet friendly, with a pool and fitness area. The staff is attentive, very helpful and the grounds are well maintained. You are 20 minutes from almost any store and restaurant. This has been the best place to live while planning out our next step in life.
This is the second time I have lived at Hawk’s Ridge Apartments and am very happy living here. The community here is very nice! Location is absolutely perfect! The property manager, Taylor was extremely helpful with the application process , I was able to do everything online from Florida and move in as soon as the apartment was ready. Moved here 4 months ago. There are so many positives about this complex. Location is 1-2 miles to the movie theater, restaurants and shopping on Milwaukee Avenue. I enjoy all the amenities with under ground parking, WiFi/internet, pool, gym, club house, washer/dryer in the apt. This is all included in the rent. When shopping for an apartment, it was a no brainer with my decision to make Hawk Ridge Apartments my home. Taylor, Property Manager, has been wonderful. She is always pleasant and gets things done.
We've been here since 2012 and couldn't be happier. Some complain about the cost, but we feel its very reasonable with all the amenities that are included. We never have to go out in the elements for our mail, or to take out our trash.All appliances are included along with a heated garage for parking. We feel safe and love our staff.
