The technician came within the time frame they promised me and was very professional and personable. He explained me the problem very clearly gave me some valuable advise and options.
In one word - excellent! Mark Dekorte from Hawks Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend of ours, so we had him come in to replace the mixing valve on our water heater and replace/add a couple of shut-off valves nearby. Mark was punctual, polite, very efficient, and the work is top notch. We have nice hot water once again! Highly recommended!
