Filthy sheets, walked in on because they gave another group a MASTER KEY!! Window had to be held closed by a wooden rod! Not safe! Linens left overnight in the hallway/outside. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Cigarette butts in the walkways and the family that works there live there as desk clerk, maid service and maintenance. Only stayed one night and cannot believe we did! Had to find another place to stay last minute. Out over $400 and now they are giving us the run around for a refund. The desk clerk was nice enough to refund our money (haven't seen the refund in our account yet) when we saw the room and refused to stay. Room was filthy, no toilet paper, no towels, leaves and grass on the floor, filth and hair in the sink...but the bed was made????
Arrived late at night... room was filthy, no towels, no toilet paper, no locks on room... left immediately... will never go back!!!!
I give this hotel 5 stars stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it😁
Loved staying here, and i loved Becky even more she was so friendly and helpful giving me suggestions of what to do in the area and was always happy to assist with any of our needs. Nice, clean, and quiet hotel, will definitely be returning!
$100 a night, should be more like $19.99! The place is cleaned & worked by only a mother & her daughter.......the rooms are gross! They refused to give a refund for our second night! 😡 will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB!
stayed here for 5 days and it was a at home experience, the 2 girls kathy and becky who were at the front desk made it very welcoming, they are renovating the place so you can see work is in progress each day which is very nice to see the progress being done. if your looking for a great view and walk down to the lake, this is the place for you.
