I took a tour of Hawks Mill Apts with Shawn and was impressed with the grounds and landscaping, the apartment finishes and the pool area. I was also interested in all Shawn knew about the community. I decided to apply and Shawn made the application process effortless. I was excited afterward rather than having a headache ! My husband and I lived here for nearly 2 years while waiting for our home to be built. I can't say enough about the people who work here. The management office staff are pleasant and were accommodating whenever we had a problem which were few and minor. They truly care that the residents are happy and feel at home here. The maintenance crew are hard workers and respectful. The two minor problems that occurred in our apartment were addressed and fixed within 24 hours. Best apartment complex we have ever been in hands down. Truly care about everyone there. Staff is extremely friendly, property is always clean and whenever there rarely is a problem they go above and beyond to resolve it as quick as possible. Wouldn’t choose anywhere else.
