Team Hawks Mill always delivers exceptional service. My transfer to the carriage unit was handled seamlessly. Javier and Cierra are always attentive to all the resident needs. Maintenance team did an amazing job at painting and making this unit shine! We love coming home to a lovely interior peaceful space!

The staff is friendly and does their best to accommodate everyone. They are patient, resourceful, and considerate. However, this can be a double edged sword. Building 7 has had consistent marijuana issues, the tenants have been warned via emails, calls, and the office staff has made personal appearances at their apartment. However, the lack of follow through on eviction or fines, as stated in the lease, tells the tenants that continue to disregard the rules that there is no true enforcement. Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. Apparently, if you don’t engage with a nosy neighbor who has a Ring camera pointed directly at your front door, you become the target of complaints. I’m not obligated to interact with anyone, and I’m entitled to quiet enjoyment of my home. I’m also unclear why a camera is allowed to be aimed at my front door instead of their own.
