New Modern Apartment Complex in Port Orange. I looked at 5 complexes and this was the best appearance wise. Staff is friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Resident population is made up of professionals or younger yet mature respectful college students Secure Environmentally controlled Mail Area. However system will only retain Mail 7 days I did score this property down though for a few major issues. All residents pay a $50 amenity fee, however not all amenities are accessible to the residents 24 hours a day. Case in point ... read more
Since moving to Hawks Mill, my experience has been really good. Everything from the application process to moving in was smooth and easy. I did the entire application online, and by the next day I already had an answer. Shawn, Javier, and Casey were all amazing throughout the process. They were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had the information I needed. I took a tour of Hawks Mill Apts with Shawn and was impressed with the grounds and landscaping, the apartment finishes and the pool area. I was also interested in all Shawn knew about the community. I decided to apply and Shawn made the application process effortless. I was excited afterward rather than having a headache ! My husband and I lived here for nearly 2 years while waiting for our home to be built. I can't say enough about the people who work here. The management office staff are pleasant and were accommodating whenever we had a problem which were few and minor. They truly care that the residents are happy and feel at home here. The maintenance crew are hard workers and respectful. The two minor problems that occurred in our apartment were addressed and fixed within 24 hours.
