Been here 20 years, management is perfect!
Easily the best place I’ve ever lived. John (manager) is so responsive and feels like a friend. Apartments and landscape are well-maintained and it’s a gorgeous location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I literally have nothing but good to say!!!
I have been living at Hawks Landing for about 3 years now, and I have found it to be a wonderful place to call home. Management and maintenance is a pleasure to talk to and work with, and all questions or requests have been handled within 24 hours for me. The complex is located right on a golf course, which provides a beautiful view during the summer! During my time in Madison, I couldn’t have asked for a better living situation. The property manager/landlord, John, is incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. I never had any issues with neighbors or maintenance. It is a wonderful neighborhood that I felt safe in and was even comfortable walking alone through the surrounding neighborhoods. Dahmens at Hawks Landing being nearby is also a wonderful perk!
