Easily the best place I’ve ever lived. John (manager) is so responsive and feels like a friend. Apartments and landscape are well-maintained and it’s a gorgeous location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I literally have nothing but good to say!!!
I have been living at Hawks Landing for about 3 years now, and I have found it to be a wonderful place to call home. Management and maintenance is a pleasure to talk to and work with, and all questions or requests have been handled within 24 hours for me. The complex is located right on a golf course, which provides a beautiful view during the summer! During my time in Madison, I couldn’t have asked for a better living situation. The property manager/landlord, John, is incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. I never had any issues with neighbors or maintenance. It is a wonderful neighborhood that I felt safe in and was even comfortable walking alone through the surrounding neighborhoods. Dahmens at Hawks Landing being nearby is also a wonderful perk!
My boyfriend and I have been living at Hawks for over two years now and I'm convinced you will not find a better landlord or staff at an apartment complex. John and the maintenance team truly care about tenants, respond to requests and needs within 12 hours, and keep the apartment facilities in perfect order.
