I have been going to Dr. Besler for over 20 years and have never had a problem. I wonder however, if you are blind, how you wrote this review
This practice is awesome. They not only give excellent care, but they are kind and caring people. That's a combination that can't be beat. I would not go anywhere else. Not only do they take good care of me, but they are known for their dedication to making sure every child who needs a pair of glasses, get one, regardless of their ability to pay the bill. They donate many hours of their time to this cause.
Because of carelessness, greed and time constraints, this Optometrist Dr. Hawks, neglected to perform important eye exams which led to the loss of my sight. This man seems like he "cares" but he'll defraud insurance, take your money, and say so sorry when you end up blind. Just ask me. Beware and BE WARNED!!!!!!

I have been going to this office for about 20 years and am still so impressed with the knowledge and kindness of my doctor and staff. At my exam the other day, I had some concerns about the health of my eye and not only did they have equipment that tested for eye health, they were very nice in explaining what the results were. It really put my mind at ease to know how complete my eye exam really is. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
