The service department at Hawkinson Nissan is awful. We ask them to use full synthetic oil for the Murano at every oil change. Today we asked 3 TIMES for the full synthetic to be used. Not only did they use the WRONG OIL but they also charged us for wheel locks that we already have. Every time we get our oil changed by Hawkinson Nissan, we tell them to use full synthetic oil. Bait and switch warning. I emailed Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson on a 2018 Toyota Sienna XLE that I found on the AutoTrader website. Upon arrival at a satisfactory purchase price I made the hour drive with my husband and 5 month old baby in tow. We looked over the vehicle and were satisfied until we discovered that the remote start feature that was advertised in the dealer comments on the AutoTrader listing did not actually exist on the car.
