The service department at Hawkinson Nissan is awful. We ask them to use full synthetic oil for the Murano at every oil change. Today we asked 3 TIMES for the full synthetic to be used. Not only did they use the WRONG OIL but they also charged us for wheel locks that we already have. Every time we get our oil changed by Hawkinson Nissan, we tell them to use full synthetic oil. Bait and switch warning. I emailed Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson on a 2018 Toyota Sienna XLE that I found on the AutoTrader website. Upon arrival at a satisfactory purchase price I made the hour drive with my husband and 5 month old baby in tow. We looked over the vehicle and were satisfied until we discovered that the remote start feature that was advertised in the dealer comments on the AutoTrader listing did not actually exist on the car. I bought a new car approximately 1.5 years ago. The sales person talked me and my wife to simionize the car telling us it would prevent light scratches. Now we find out that is not true and is not covered. The sales manager was going to make it right. I saw 2 emails from the salesman calling me and my wife crazy and lyres even though we have proof of his lying in his emails. My friends and family will never buy a vehicle from any of their dealerships

If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to be. The crew there is awesome and very concerned about your needs. Employees there is very helpful even if you are not their customer.
