Absolutely ZERO stars for this dealership. However, one star is required to be able to review. They called us, set the appointment, gave us a confirmation code. We went there, only to be met with a disinterested sales person, a finance person who was too busy and now we're being ignored. Today I will be detailing my experience to Kia corporate office and the Illinois States Attorney.
Terrible and not very honest!!
