Love it here! Been going to school and raising my 4 kids. Its been a great experience for the whole family. We will miss the staff and all the friends we have made when I graduate.
Im not sure to whom this will be addressed to, but I would personally like to let whomever know the management treats tenants poorly. Megan was the one I had met with after filling out my application, after leaving our meeting I knew I did not want anything to do with residing at Hawkins Village. I love everyone working at Hawkins! I have been living here while I finish college with my kids. Whenever I need work done in my apartment maintenance is there within 24 hours. The office people are so nice. They help me get through all the paperwork and send me my reminders so I dont forget. Great place to live and raise your kids. I hate to leave now that Im finishing school in May I need to move on without the housing subsidy.
I have lived at Hawkins Village for 3 years and have always found the office staff as well as maintenance staff to be very pleasant. They keep the place clean and safe for my family and I.
