We interviewed more than one attorney for an uncontested divorce case, and were so happy to have found Monica Hawkins. Although her client in our case was male, she was very compassionate and understanding of his situation and did everything she could to ensure that he was properly represented, going back and forth with the other party's lawyer to reach an agreement that was acceptable to both parties. Have left numerous voicemails and no contact back. My brother has been in jail for 1/2 a year and nothing. The one time ms root met him, they brought him in for a plea he knew nothing about. Pretty sure she didn't have the right client. I have paid a lot of money for him to call her office but never gets an answer. I would give this place 0 stars but you have to give one to leave a review. You're better off fighting the case yourself imo
