Excellent experience
Nice people
Do not rent from them. They are slumlords. Every time something needs to be fixed, they throw a fit. The most unprofessionally run rental company I have ever seen. We went one week without a working bathroom. We had roaches and mice because they wouldn't fix the gap around the front door. There is a sewage swamp behind the house that they won't fix.
