What an incredible service! I was struggling to find leads for a house, and initially skeptical, but working via Joe was a game-changer. We easily 3x'd our level of leads. Joe is a great agent and a very insightful friend that helped us all the way from the beginning to the settlement. We recently purchased a house through Joe. He made the whole process very smooth and straightforward. We had a hiccup with our loan process with our previous lender three weeks before the settlement date. We thought we were going to lose the house, Joe recommended us a friend and we were able to secure the loan and the house with a very tight deadline. Joe was amazing! He was so on top of things! When we had questions, he was extremely quick to respond. When we were not having as many showings as we expected, he gave us tips about what to do; such as - better pictures, open houses, price drop etc. If I had another property to sell, I would definitely contact Joe!
