He may serve his clients well for rentals but when making promises about listing he is very misleading. After a meeting with his agent, a long conversation with him and a confirmed appointment he completely ghosted me. Did not call, did not respond to my voicemail or text and when I spoke to his agent I was advised he is suddenly out of town? I’ve absolutely loved working with Joe! He’s always incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Joe has also been amazing at finding great tenants, and he consistently goes above and beyond every single time.

I inquired about a rental property listed by this company, specifically asking if there was a bedroom on the main level. Unfortunately, the response I received didn’t answer my question and lacked basic information about the property. The tone of the messages also came off as somewhat rude and unprofessional. As someone seriously looking to rent, I expected clearer communication and more courtesy. Disappointing experience.

What an incredible service! I was struggling to find leads for a house, and initially skeptical, but working via Joe was a game-changer. We easily 3x'd our level of leads. We have recommended to several friends and will be a repeat user. From other options we looked at, there is simply not a better way to the listing databases . At the price, the return on investment cannot be matched and you get a highly personable level of access versus other services. Thanks Joe!
