Awful practice! They purposely ignore my phone calls and I was forced to stop taking a medication cold turkey because Dr. Hawkins staff would not do what was needed in order for the pharmacy to fill my prescription! Luckily I didn’t have a seizure but I am reporting them to the medical board!
They don't seem to listen to the Pt. Take their time getting prescriptions to Pt's.
they dropped my granddaughter with no explanation after setting an appointment for the following month. the only way she knew was when trying to refill her meds they finally answered the phone and told her she was terminated, no reason as to why. She only had one day of meds left and hopefully it does not set her back. That is not right and very unprofessional!
Went there several times and never saw the actual Dr. Just MA’s or something. Last straw was being called back and sitting there for an hour and a half with no one else.
