Hollye has helped us with estate planning and helped us with a problematic issue with my father-in-law’s estate. She is so helpful and great at making sure her clients are well taken care of. I would highly recommend her.

Hollye does estate planning, guardianships of adults and also litigation of Wills, estates and trusts, among other things. She is very knowledgeable, hard working and puts her clients first.

Really nice lady. I do not feel her legal services were beneficial enough to justify the excessively exorbitant fees. At every turn of the process her standard answer was “that’s too hard...” I believe that Ms. Hawkins’ submissive demeanor allowed the other party and their attorney to control every aspect of the probate. If you need probate help, my suggestion would be to find a tougher attorney. She is a very nice person however, death brings out the worst in families and in my opinion nice is was not beneficial.

Very pleasant personality as well as understanding and patient in regard to my slow payment for services. However, I do not feel her legal services were beneficial enough to justify the exorbitant fees. I feel Ms. Hawkins friendly demeanor allowed the other party and their attorney to control every last bit of the situation. Unfortunately death brings out the worst in many families so if you need probate help I suggest you find more of a bulldog or at least a bodacious chihuahua to back you rather than a nice sweet labrador.
